How Do I Apply?

When we have the suites available, we will contact you confirm the date your suite will be available for occupancy. You will be required to provide the first month’s rent and the damage or security deposit when you accept a suite. Applications are called in the order they were received by us, by date. If you decline a suite when it is offered to you your application goes back into the file and you will be called again the next time a suite is available. You can accept a one bedroom suite and later transfer to a two bedroom suite when one becomes available.
